Each expense made with Greenway payment cards is analyzed using certified algorithms. Based on the purchased products and your chosen suppliers, a carbon weight is assigned.

Generation of your carbon non-financial reports

To meet the new regulatory requirements from ADEME and the European Union, Greenway allows you to generate and export your necessary carbon reports in just a few clicks. Emission factors are generated by combining the data reported by the company with modeled data covering emissions from Scope 1, 2, and 3, thereby including all greenhouse gases specified in the Kyoto Protocol.

In 2016, the Åland Index was launched in partnership with the Åland Bank, a pioneer in estimating the environmental footprint of financial transactions. Today, the Åland Index is the global standard and is used by over 90 banks worldwide.


In 2020, the calculation of water scarcity was added to the index, marking a world first in the field of finance. By integrating calculations related to water scarcity, Doconomy expanded the scope of its platform and deepened the understanding of the complex interaction between climate change, resource use, and sustainable financial decisions.
